Impo Raymond Chabot Inc. (“Impo” “we” “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring the protection and confidentiality of the personal information that you provide or that we collect when you visit our website or interact with us.   • identification and other background check data, such as a copy of a driver’s license, passport or utility bill, proof of beneficial ownership or source of funds information, required to comply with anti-money laundering laws and collected as part of our engagement acceptance and ongoing monitoring procedures;

We do not knowingly collect information from children or others under the age of 14. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please do not provide us with any personal information without the express consent of a parent or guardian. In such cases, we ask our clients to confirm that they have the authority to provide us with personal information in the context of the provision of services and that this data has been processed in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Any Activity that is an Integral Part of our Firm’s Operations

Unless prohibited by law, we may share your personal information with our affiliates or our various departments within the Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Group, for the following purposes:

  • comply with any requirements prescribed by law or regulations;
  • provide you with services that you have requested from us.

Some of these third parties may be located in Canada or other jurisdictions or countries and, therefore, your personal information may be processed, accessed or stored outside of Canada.
